The Challenge

We had to confirm that trainers could handle many clients remotely, dynamically adjusting workout types and schedules weekly based on real-time progress. Clients needed a single app to track every workout, step, sleep, body measurement, and connect with Apple Health. The challenge was ensuring seamless remote personalization

Goals

We aimed to validate that coaches could not only create custom plans but adjust workouts week to week, reacting to client progress. The goal was to offer clients a fully personalized, evolving plan—tracking workouts, calories, water, sleep, body fat, and weight—fully integrated with Apple Health and all devices.


Solution

The prototype featured a coach’s interface to remotely craft and continuously adjust weekly workouts based on real-time progress. Clients had a personalized side, tracking all workouts, steps, sleep, body measurements, and syncing with Apple Health. This subscription model enabled fully remote, adaptive coaching—a dynamic and evolving experience that increased engagement and success
